Who operates ChurchOps Music
ChurchOps Music is operated by Justin Wampler for an invited songwriting team. Contact justindwampler@gmail.com about privacy, access, or support.
Information we use
We store your name, username, account identifier, protected login credentials, optional profile photo, and the material you add: songs, lyrics, recordings, credits, ownership-split proposals, confirmations, attached agreements, comments, reviews, and plans. Plans may include locations, dates, and attendance responses. Login and service requests may generate security and diagnostic records, including IP-related information.
Why we use it
We use this information to sign you in, operate the shared workspace, enforce access permissions, synchronize changes, play recordings, maintain backups, review content reports, prevent abuse, and respond to support requests. ChurchOps Music does not contain advertising or track you across other companies’ apps or websites. We do not sell your personal information.
Sharing and service providers
Song managers and administrators can access songs as explained in the app. Other teammates can access songs according to their sharing settings. Writer credits do not grant access. Cloudflare hosts the application service, database, recordings, and backups. Apple provides app distribution and any device services you choose to use. These providers may process information in countries other than your own.
Your phone and optional permissions
ChurchOps Music saves drafts, pending changes, and downloaded recordings on your device. Changes synchronize when a connection is available and the app is open. Photo and file selection only imports the items you choose. Adding an event to Apple Calendar creates a copy after your confirmation; it does not continuously synchronize your calendar.
Retention and deletion
In Settings, choose Delete My Account to confirm with your current PIN. This removes your account, songs you own and their contents, your uploaded recordings, comments, reviews, and authored plans. Transfer songs you want the team to keep before deleting. If you are the last administrator and other active teammates remain, choose a successor first.
The app tracks recording and app-managed cloud backup cleanup separately and shows when that cleanup is complete. Backup cleanup includes a minimum 24-hour settling period for uploads already in progress; outages may delay completion. Cloudflare’s separate disaster-recovery database history may retain older data for up to 30 days. Any recovery must reapply current deletions before service resumes. Operator-held diagnostic exports are restricted to release and recovery work and must be retired or sanitized using the current deletion ledger before reuse. Minimal account-deletion identifiers and a hashed status receipt remain so old backups cannot restore a deleted account and you can check completion. Current song text attributed to your account, including lyrics and credits, is removed even after a song is transferred. Values subsequently replaced by another person are attributed to that person. Older records use the last recorded editor as their initial attribution; this is technical edit history, not a determination of songwriting ownership. We do not determine copyright ownership. Split agreements and history involving a deleted account are also removed, including attached PDFs. Export any agreements you need to retain first; removing these app records does not change legal ownership.
Copies already exported by teammates, saved to their calendars, or stored on disconnected devices cannot be recalled remotely. Access changes take effect on those devices when they reconnect. Device backups are also subject to your Apple account settings.
Security and your choices
We use encrypted network connections, protected credentials, access checks, and backups. No service can guarantee zero loss or unauthorized access. Keep original recordings until uploads are confirmed and avoid uninstalling the app with unsynced work. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information through the contact above.
Children and changes to this policy
ChurchOps Music is not directed to children under 13. Contact us if a child has supplied personal information. We will update this page when our practices change and communicate material changes as appropriate.
