ChurchOps Music Support
ChurchOps Music is a private workspace for an invited songwriting team. Downloading the app does not create an account or grant access to the team’s songs. Ask your team administrator for your username and setup PIN.
Get help
Email Justin Wampler at justindwampler@gmail.com. Include your app version, iPhone model, and a description of the issue. Do not send your PIN, password, or private recordings unless specifically needed and agreed.
Saved work and connectivity
Wi-Fi or cellular data connects the app to the service. Downloaded recordings and saved work remain available offline. New recordings need to finish downloading before they can play offline. Keep the app open after reconnecting to sync pending changes. Check Settings → Saved & Synced before signing out or reinstalling.
Accounts and privacy
To delete your account, open Settings → Delete My Account. Review the effects on songs you own, enter your current PIN, and confirm. The sign-in screen lets you check remaining backup cleanup. Deactivation is not deletion. Current text attributed to your account is also removed from transferred songs. Contact support if you cannot sign in.
Credits and splits
Open a song’s Details → Writing & Master Splits to prepare songwriting shares or ownership for an individual recording. Shares must total 100% before requesting confirmation. Each linked contributor confirms only their own share; an attached PDF does not automatically confirm anyone. Proposals and confirmations require a connection; unfinished drafts stay on your phone. Export the split sheet and any attached agreement you need to retain. Deleting a song, recording, or involved account can remove these app records. Credits and app access do not determine legal ownership or distribute payments.
Sharing uploads
New member recordings and profile photos are visible only to their uploader and administrators until an administrator approves them in Settings → Check Uploads. Administrators should preview each item and remove inappropriate or unauthorized material before sharing it. This safety check is separate from a song’s creative review or approval.
Report a concern
Use Report a Concern in a song’s Details or a comment/recording menu. To hide someone’s contributions, use Settings → Blocked People. You can also report a profile there. Blocking is personal and does not change the team’s sharing permissions. Administrators review reports in Settings → Reported Content and can suspend member access while investigating. Contact the support email above for urgent concerns or concerns involving an administrator. Include the song title and relevant context. Administrators can restrict access and remove inappropriate content. Only upload or share material you have permission to use.
